W.S. Harris and Associates has an awesome process designed where each home buyer is integrated within the entire home building process, giving the home buyer a sense of comfort and enjoyment, throughout a sometimes overwhelming process. At the pre-start conference, the building team reviews their custom plans. Then at the design conference, they select the interior and exterior finishes. A pre-sheetrock walk-through verifies the options and answers any questions the home buyer may have. Finally, a pre-settlement inspection will take place to round out the process before closing.
